Craft Beer Block Party - Mushroom Festival

The 4th Annual Craft Beer Block Party will kick off the 58th Annual National Morel Mushroom Festival on Thursday, May 17th from 5-9 p.m. Again this year, the Galactic Sherpas will play on our stage, we'll have lots of delicious food and of course, craft beer and wine. 

This major event is THE kickoff party for the annual Mushroom Festival, featuring 20+ craft breweries, plus wineries, food trucks/restaurants and live music. The block party draws a big crowd to the middle of downtown Boyne City with the 100 block of South Lake Street blocked off for all the festivities. Admission is $18, which gets you a souvenir cup and 5 tasting tickets; extra taste tickets are 2 for $3.

As of Monday, May 14th, the weather looks great, so we are planning the event in the 100 block of South Lake Street! (If the weather is bad, this event will be held in the Mushroom Festival HEATED tent in Veterans Park! Announcements about the final location will be made on the Chamber's Facebook page on the day of the party.)

All Block Party attendees will be asked to show a valid photo ID in order to enter the event. Those with valid photo ID will receive a wrist band and a souvenir cup with 5 tasting tickets. Please remember to bring your ID with you or you will not be allowed a wrist band or cup and will not be allowed to drink at the event. No exceptions!
